When things go wrong on your computer and you need technical expertise you can count on, give us a call. The disruption to your daily routine when your computer stops functioning properly can be enormous. This is why we have tailored our services to try and minimise the disruption to you when your computer does malfunction. In the old days however, you were not only prevented from using the computer, but time had to be organised to take the computer into a repairs centre, then wait for repairs to be completed. Yet more time had to be organised to pick the thing up, often during your normal working day. Then you had the hassles lugging the equipment home and trying to remember what cable went where in order to get going again. Those days are now gone for many of our customers. How does it work? One of our friendly and patient technical team will arrange a time that suits you to call to your home. You don't need to disconnect any cables, or move any heavy computer equipment.
Best of all, our engineer will guide you through the processes required to get your computer back up and running. A lot of our customers appreciate this, because it gives them a better understanding of what is going on, and how their computer operates. What does it cost? A lot less than you might think, is the short answer. An in-home callout charge is just £35 for up to one hour. If you require our engineer to be onsite for longer than one hour, please call us for details. ![]() Again, if your computer needs to be returned to our workshop for additional repairs (or because the repairs/maintenance cannot be completed within one hour), you will pay nothing more than the initial £35 callout charge*! Your competitors must be cheaper, right? You have probably thought to yourself that it would be cheaper to simply take your computer somewhere for servicing, but that thought would be inaccurate. Some of our local competitors charge upwards of £50 an hour to repair or upgrade your computer. Worse still, some of our competitors have an "initial inspection" fee. This means that your costs can soon mount up. So, it should come as no shock that our customers choose us every time for their computing needs. Not only do we give great service, but we keep the costs to a minimum too. How do I contact you? Simply call
