Company

History:

TWiG Technologies was conceived in late Autumn of 2007 and founded as a company in the early months of 2008.

A rainy afternoon on Scarborough Seafront sitting in front of the Oasis, and doodling on paper was where most of the ideas for the company were formed. Three friends brought their ideas together and the initial building blocks were in place for the process of starting the company.

Since the formation of the company in 2008 it has begun to build up a loyal base of customers, and gain a reputation for excellent customer service.

As of April 2008 the company does not have an office or a shop front that customers come to visit. Instead, the company has a team of dedicated engineers who visit our customers in their homes and business premises.

Our vision:

Making life easy for our customers is our main aim and focus.

Many of our "home user" customers do not want to have to go through the hassle of disconnecting a computer, then carting it down to a shop and having to wait for some sort of response as to what might be wrong with their machine.

Instead, our engineering staff will visit a customer at home, or at work, and do all of the heavy lifting and sometimes complicated cable disconnection/reconnection work that is required.

In doing this, our team can often give a client the specifics of a problem and what needs to be done to correct the issue on the spot. They can also take the computer away for repair, return it and re-connect it; all without the need for the customer to do anything but pick up the phone and ask for a visit.
